A federal appeals court Monday revived a lawsuit accusing a medical-device company of firing an employee for reporting that a sales manager had sexually harassed another employee.The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals did not rule on the merits of Kelley Donley’s allegation that Stryker Sales Corp. retaliated against her in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.But the court held there was enough evidence that could lead a reasonable jury to find in favor of Donley.That evidence includes the …
