Bruce Rauner on Tuesday vetoed a bill that would have ended Illinois’ participation in a program experts say could purge 300 legitimate voters for every one fraud found.The Interstate Voter Registration Crosscheck Program is aimed to flag duplicate voter registrations across state lines.
