A southern Illinois man who was 17 when he was convicted of first-degree murder in a 2011 shooting death will get a new trial in adult criminal court, not juvenile court, after an appellate court panel reversed a decision it made just a year ago.Joshua Dallacosta was 15 when he was arrested and charged with the murder of 73-year-old Charles James.
