Simmons Hanly Conroy LLC attorneys in New York and downstate Alton obtained a $40 million verdict against Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. on behalf of a man who was diagnosed with mesothelioma after serving 20 years in the Navy.Daniel P. Blouin, James Kramer and Laurence Nassif, in New York, as well as Timothy Thompson and Robert Woodward, in Illinois, represented J.
