If you have been wondering about loud noises coming out of Chicago’s Loop lately and thinking it is coming from the city’s preparations for the NASCAR races this weekend — you could be wrong!Actually, it may have been the music coming out of the Goodman Theatre, with its opening of the loud — very loud, and altogether wonderful — rock opera “The Who’s Tommy, the Musical,” with words and music by Pete Townshend.
