Marc Karlinsky


Marc Karlinsky was named editor of the Law Bulletin in February 2016.

Before this, he spent time as the publication's assistant editor and a reporter at the Daley Center bureau. He began his career with the company in January 2013 as an intern in the statehouse bureau while completing a master’s degree in public affairs reporting from the University of Illinois, Springfield.

A native of Vernon Hills, Ill., Marc earned a bachelor’s degree in government, politics and communication from the University of Maryland, College Park, and was awarded a 2015 Lisagor Award for Best Deadline Reporting. Marc remains active with the Maryland Alumni Association, where he serves as president of the Chicago Terps Alumni Network.
