An Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board recommended an 18-month suspension for a Quad Cities attorney with prescription drug addictions who, after being suspended from practicing law in Iowa, neglected multiple cases and then refused to refund legal fees to his clients.John G.
