Orbitz Worldwide LLC is entitled to a percentage of a previous settlement between an advertising company and two of its employees if found liable for negligently retaining and supervising an alleged sexual predator, a state appellate panel held.A panel of the 1st District Appellate Court ruled that the Joint Tortfeasor Contribution Act applied to set off 30 percent of the settlement between the plaintiffs and Havas Chicago Worldwide LLC.Justice Debra B.
