Pet business customer can’t sue under consumer fraud act, judge holds

A company that designed a sustainable pet feeding tray does not have a case for consumer fraud against a supplier that allegedly provided shoddy batches of the material used to make the product, a federal judge held.In a written opinion, U.S. District Judge Mary M.
