Lawyer suspended for drug use should get law license back, ARDC panel says

A lawyer suspended from the bar for using cocaine and marijuana established that he has rehabilitated himself and has the good character needed to practice law, according to the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board.In a written report, a hearing board panel recommended that Daniel C.
