Cook County judge consolidates some upcoming Sterigenics cases

Cook County Circuit Judge James P. Flannery on Friday granted a request to allow consolidation of some pending cases against medical device sterilization plant Sterigenics, a plaintiffs’ attorney said.Flannery, presiding judge in the Law Division, ruled the next two trials proceeding on or after May 2023 will be tried with about four plaintiffs each.Patrick A.
