SPRINGFIELD — Lawyers for a Kane County restaurant are asking the Illinois Supreme Court to overturn an appellate court decision that found the governor’s indoor dining ban was lawfully imposed.FoxFire Tavern in Geneva is one of dozens of restaurants that sued Gov.
