Lawyers want pro hac vice bid blocked for ‘copyright troll’

Defense attorneys in a copyright-infringement lawsuit asked a judge Monday to block their opposing counsel from appearing in federal court in Chicago based on an alleged pattern of rule-breaking in trial courts around the country. In a written filing, Locke Lord LLP attorneys Joshua M. Fliegel and Matthew T. Furton argued a motion for leave to appear pro hac vice brought by Richard P.
