A Southwest Airlines Co. employee must arbitrate her dispute over her employer’s alleged failure to pay overtime wages, a federal judge held.In a written opinion this week, U.S. District Judge Robert M. Dow Jr. dismissed the proposed collective action — which is akin to a class action — that Latrice Saxon filed under the Fair Labor Standards Act.Saxon concedes she signed an agreement to individually arbitrate any claims related to wages or hours she might bring against Southwest, Dow wrote.He rejected the …
