An ironworker who sustained a right Achilles tendon tear in 2017 during the Chicago Transit Authority’s Wilson station rehabilitation project has settled his lawsuit for more than $2.5 million.The case was settled during mediation with ADR Systems mediator and retired Cook County judge Kay Hanlon. The case was dismissed Sept. 30 by Associate Judge Daniel T.
