A Tazewell County jury awarded $625,000 to a woman who sustained a post-traumatic headache after she was rear-ended while stopped in traffic on a Peoria highway.Jurors reached a verdict on Sept. 26 after a two-week trial before 10th Judicial Circuit Judge Stephen A.
