Charged with resisting when she was arrested for disorderly conduct, Joan Ravenna sued the village of Skokie for allegedly violating Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.The disorderly conduct charge was based on a video — recorded a few days before the arrest — showing Ravenna pounding on her neighbor’s door and windows and accusing him of stealing her sunglasses. Arizona high court rolls back clock to 1864 in abortion case
