$4.8M to forklift operator in semitrailer accident

A man who sustained spine injuries while operating a forklift that fell off of a truck trailer allegedly docked improperly settled his lawsuit for more than $4.8 million.The parties reached the deal July 9 at the start of a jury trial before Cook County Associate Judge Thomas More Donnelly.On July 28, 2016, defendant Demetris D.
