A state appeals panel on Monday undid a $25,000 settlement between a patient and doctor and revived a far costlier contribution claim brought against that doctor by the patient’s employer.The 1st District Appellate Court’s ruling means Dr. Sarmed G. Elias could be found liable for damages leveled against Illinois Central Railroad Co. by Antwon M.
