A federal judge in Chicago dismissed the lawsuit a married couple, Moshin Yafai and Zahoor Ahmed, filed against U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and U.S. consular officials in Yemen for rejecting Ahmed’s visa request — although Yafai became a U.S. citizen in 2001 and several of their children received visas enabling them to join their father here — and a 2-1 opinion from 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed based on the doctrine of consular nonreviewability.Dissenting, Judge Kenneth F. Arizona high court rolls back clock to 1864 in abortion case
