Romanucci & Blandin LLC merged with Baizer Kolar Neiman P.C., a 41-year-old boutique personal-injury firm based in Highland Park. The merger is effective today.Romanucci & Blandin gains three attorneys — Robert S. Baizer, Joseph E. Kolar and David A.
