Ride-hailing service Uber last week indicated it was planning to take an adverse appellate court decision involving a couple seriously injured by a hit-and-run to the Illinois Supreme Court.The company on Friday filed a motion to extend its deadline to file its petition for leave to appeal the 1st District Appellate Court’s decision that revived the lawsuit brought by plaintiffs Jasmine Vega and Sean Kramer.
