Lake County prosecutors will get another chance to prove why text messages between Fox Lake police Lt. Charles Joseph Gliniewicz and his widow should be admitted at her criminal trial, an appeals panel held.The 2nd District Appellate Court issued an opinion earlier this month stating Lake County Circuit Judge James K. Booras should have allowed prosecutors to submit what they contend is newly discovered evidence showing Melodie Gliniewicz allowed the FBI to search her phone in 2015.Melodie Gliniewicz was indicted in 2016 …
