Two Cook County branch court locations — 155 W. 51st St. and 2452 W. Belmont Ave. — are set to close on Jan. 4 at the end of business, the chief judge’s office announced Thursday.The announcement comes after a budget deal struck last year between Chief Judge Timothy C.
