A suburban attorney was suspended on an interim basis for writing herself and her husband $21,742 in checks from the trust accounts of her former firm’s clients.The Illinois Supreme Court issued its suspension order against Robin L. Perry on Sept. 24, effective immediately, until further order of the court after the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission’s administrator petitioned the court pursuant to Rule 761(b).That rule allows the court to suspend an attorney until further order, if the …
