Today’s case involves a wrongful-death claim for an allegedly inadequate warning label on a generic antidepressant.The manufacturer of Paxil, the brand-name version of generic Paroxetine, GlaxoSmithKline LLC, was sued because the warning label on Paxil failed to warn of an increased risk of suicide in adults older than 24.
