FBI profiler’s speculation earns inmate new murder trial

A state appeals panel reversed the first-degree murder conviction of a man who was found guilty of strangling his wife to death, finding a former FBI profiler swayed the jury when he opined on areas of the case he had no expertise in.The 2nd District Appellate Court opinion issued Tuesday grants Shadwick R.
