An Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Review Board affirmed the recommended 90-day suspension of a Chicago attorney accused of not telling the lawyers subletting his office space that they had all been evicted.Scott T. Kamin, a sole practitioner, was charged with dishonest conduct for not disclosing an eviction lawsuit to the defendants named in the suit.
