Illinois’ top court will examine the state’s biometric data privacy law among claims that the way Six Flags theme park collects and stores guests’ fingerprints breaks the law.The Illinois Supreme Court announced this morning it will hear a case in which a woman sued the amusement park under the Biometric Information Privacy Act after her son’s prints were taken for a season pass.It is unclear exactly when the court will hear the case.
