An insurance company has no duty to defend or indemnify a private investigator who is accused of helping a former Medill Innocence Project professor allegedly frame a man for murder.During the 1990s, private investigator Paul J. Ciolino worked with Northwestern University’s David Protess and his investigative journalism class to exonerate Anthony Porter in 1998.
