A state appeals panel on Tuesday rejected an insurance company’s contention that it only provided an elevator company facing asbestos injury claims with excess insurance decades ago.The 1st District Appellate Court found that some of the policies Lamorak Insurance Co. sold to Kone Inc., from 1977 to 1985 provided primary insurance coverage to the company.
