Recently, I did something to my right hip. Not sure if I pulled it or did some worse damage.This hip has hurt on and off since my football days. For a long period, it was feeling good and I was encouraged.We recently traveled on long flights and it was singing and it wasn’t a sweet tune. But I can’t stop and have to work through it.Any ideas of what might alleviate would be appreciated. In the meantime, we will overcompensate on upper body exercises that do not bother it. Is there a knife in my hip’s future?
