A foul-ball lawsuit filed by a Schaumburg man can continue against Major League Baseball, but not the Cubs, a Cook County judge ruled Wednesday.The ballclub and league moved to dismiss the case in December, arguing the Cubs were free from liability related to injuries from foul balls because of what is commonly referred to as the “Baseball Rule.” They argued the MLB should be dismissed from the case because it owed no legal duty to fans.Circuit Judge John P.
