The city of Chicago, through its insurance carrier, has agreed to pay $115 million to a woman paralyzed in 2015 by a fallen pedestrian shelter at O’Hare International Airport.The agreement was finalized Monday after “extensive” mediation but it has yet to be formally approved by a judge.
