The city of Chicago started the new year on Monday with a federal judge ordering it to pay $5.5 million in attorney fees that have accrued during its eight-year fight against a police misconduct claim that resulted in an adverse $22 million jury award.Attorneys at three different law firms — Loevy & Loevy, the Law Office of H.
