A woman pursued the wrong claims against an Evanston hospital over the burial of her stillborn daughter, the 1st District Appellate Court ruled Wednesday.After her daughter Zealia was stillborn at 20 weeks, plaintiff Dionne Vassell authorized Presence St. Francis Hospital to dispose of her remains.
