The 1st District Appellate Court on Tuesday ordered a Cook County judge to grant a certificate of innocence to a woman who was framed by a crew of corrupt Chicago police officers 13 years ago.Circuit Judge LeRoy K. Martin denied Clarissa Glenn a certificate of innocence because she was sentenced to probation in September 2006 as part of a joint sentencing deal with her partner, Ben Baker.Glenn and Baker have consistently maintained they were targeted by a group of corrupt police officers who pressed false charges against …
